I was once run off the highway by an over-achieving firefighter. He was charged with assault, reckless driving, and a number of other traffic violations. In the accident I broke my nose and my wrist. My infant daughter escaped unharmed.
Of course I sued him, took three years in court, and I walked away with 35 thousand dollars. He lost his position with the volunteer fire department and his credit rating – which meant when his mortgage came up for renewal, he was denied, and lost his house. HA HA!
When we walked out of court after the judgment he came up to me and said, “If some kid DIES in a fire it’s YOUR fault!!!” And spit on me.
After that he was charged with assault, for spitting on me, and did 18 days in jail before the charges were dropped. Again, HA HA.
I’m dating a Career Firefighter…and to hear him talk about his job, and to see him in his uniform just drives me wild
