Firefighter Jobs

I was wondering so i can know which certification programs would be great to obtain in order to further my career as a firefighter and to become a better candidate for a firefighting job. right now I’m going to college to earn a Emergency Management bachelor’s degree, a Fire Administration associates degree, and a Spanish Associates degree.

a local fire chief has obtained obtained twenty certification programs. I’ve emailed him to find out which ones but he hasn’t responded yet.

What type of certification programs would be good for me to pursue throughout my career a a firefighter? I know the most common such as Firefighting/Fire Science, Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic… Which other certification programs would be good for me to take and become certified in? Also, where can i go to become certified? is there a free online website i can go for one or more of the certification programs?
