Pursue firefighting career or go to college?
What would you rather do? I feel that firefighting is a good reliable job if I get in opposed to coming out of college with a degree and not knowing what to do. I just really need some opinions, I’m about to graduate soon and I don’t know what to do. Thanks in advance.

You can do both. There are colleges with degrees in fire science technology online as well as at regular colleges. There are associate degrees, bachelors degrees, and masters degrees. Getting a degree may give you an edge later in you career when it comes to a promotion. While at college, you might make connections to get a job in place you want.
Remember that getting into and passing a fire fighting academy can be very difficult. Many of them are very selective. Get in shape physically. You will need to be strong as well as fit.
